（中央社記者黃俊諺、黃麗芸台北4日電）有議員指三創生活園區12樓可能將變更為劇場或夜店用。台北市長柯文哲今天表示，要變更可以，但就要來申請，「一切公開透明、依法行事」態度處理。
媒體報導，台北市議員童仲彥質疑指出，三創園區12樓就投資企劃書規劃應作為餐廳或商品展覽使用，但到場視察時卻發現該樓層鋼梁吊掛巨型音響，可能將作為劇場或夜店使用，違反使用分區自治條例及投資企劃書規定。
柯文哲今天參加大佳童樂會開幕剪綵，會後受訪表示，三創大樓開幕後還有3個樓層尚未通過核定，如果要變更原先設計，那就需要重新談判。
柯文哲說明，要變更可以，但就要來申請，看有哪些條約要改就再改。但前提是要先通過變更使用審查，而且後續權利義務規則等，也需要重新談判。
媒體追問若重啟談判及土地變更是否會核准？柯文哲表示，以前都是約簽了以後，內容又改的亂七八糟，但現在北市府的態度是如果要改變，就依法行事。1040704
