國民黨總統候選人提名初選領表時間到本週六截止，呼聲相當高的王金平和朱立倫一直沒有動作，這幾天傳出黨中央可能啟動徵召機制。不過已經領表投入初選的立法院副院長洪秀柱表示，初選規定中根本沒有徵召的規則，屆時她也絕不接受勸退。（戎華儀報導）

媒體報導，副總統吳敦義和黨主席朱立倫都表態不領表，立法院長王金平態度不明，屆時如果已經領表的洪秀柱和前衛生署長楊志良民調不如預期，可能啟動徵召的延長賽。

不過洪秀柱13號接受節目專訪中表示，她查過黨內初選規定，裡面沒有徵召的辦法，屆時如果她的民調過關，她發誓絕不接受包括馬總統在內的任何人勸退。

洪秀柱：『沒有徵召啊，現在我看到公告，沒有一條是這樣。』『不可能，不可能。今天我跟黨內不管是馬也好，王也好，吳也好，朱也好，我都自認為關係不錯，所以我不認為說，哪一個人，他可以沒有具體的、充分的理由，來讓我退選。』

洪秀柱表示，初選規定，民調如果沒超過30%，就以第二輪民調較高者勝出，她目前收到的連署書，光是黨員親自簽名的份數就超過1.5萬份的門檻，要是有人敢說不合格，大家可以攤開來算。
